About the Role:

You’ll be supporting our installation and service team with a range of tasks, including:

• Assisting with the installation and repair of uPVC windows and doors
• General on-site labouring, loading, unloading, and material handling
• Helping with basic carpentry (trims, architraves, packing) – training provided
• Learning glazing techniques and how to use power tools safely
• Cleaning up sites and preparing them for install
• Supporting the team with problem-solving and customer interactions

What We’re Looking For:

• Hands-on, practical mindset – you enjoy physical work and using tools
• Willingness to learn and upskill on the job
• Team player who communicates well and takes pride in their work
• Strong attention to safety and care when handling materials
• Driver’s license required

Nice to Have (But Not Essential):

• Previous experience in construction, glazing, or carpentry
• Comfort with hand and power tools
