    The Support People is a growing, registered NDIS provider delivering high-quality, person-centred services across regional Victoria. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for an experienced Support Coordinator to join our Bendigo team.

    Whether you’re an experienced Support Coordinator looking for a fresh opportunity or a Senior Support Coordinator wanting to make a greater impact, we’d love to hear from you.

    About the Role

    You’ll manage your own participant caseload while working closely with participants, families, providers and the wider community to achieve positive outcomes and build participant capacity.

    Depending on your experience and demonstrated capability, you’ll be appointed as either a Support Coordinator or Senior Support Coordinator.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Managing a caseload of NDIS participants.
    • Coordinating formal and informal supports.
    • Building strong relationships with participants, families and service providers.
    • Supporting participants to build capacity and achieve their NDIS goals.
    • Advocating for participants and promoting choice and control.
    • Maintaining high-quality documentation and case notes.
    • Working collaboratively with the wider Support Coordination team.
    • For senior applicants, providing mentoring and support to less experienced team members.

    About You

    You’ll be someone who enjoys making a genuine difference in people’s lives while working as part of a supportive and collaborative team.

    You’ll also have:

    • Experience working as an NDIS Support Coordinator.
    • A sound understanding of the NDIS and community services sector.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
    • Strong organisational and time management skills.
    • The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
    • A current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
    • A current Driver Licence.
