Description

INS is a leading provider of innovative technology solutions that support the aged care industry. We prepare, test and distribute specialised devices that help keep people safe and connected. We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to join our Warehouse and Logistics team.

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position working 7:00am to 3:00pm, offering variety, stability and the opportunity to learn new skills.

About the Role

Working as part of our Logistics team, you’ll assist with the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring customer orders are prepared accurately and devices are ready for deployment.

Your duties will include:

  • Picking, packing and dispatching INS devices and equipment.
  • Processing customer orders.
  • Testing, quality assurance (QA) and configuring devices.
  • Assisting with the assembly and servicing of electronic devices.
  • Basic soldering and repairs (training provided, but previous experience is desirable).
  • Receiving and organising incoming stock.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse.
  • Occasionally travelling to retirement villages or private homes to install devices and equipment.

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Reliable, punctual and committed to full-time work.
  • Hands-on with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse and manufacturing environment.
  • Able to safely lift and move items over 20kg.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-focused and takes pride in producing quality work.
  • Comfortable using basic computer systems.
  • Comfortable taking and making phone calls.

While not essential, the following would be highly regarded:

  • Warehouse or logistics experience.
  • Manufacturing or assembly experience.
  • Experience installing equipment or technology.
  • Soldering or electronics repair skills.
  • Experience with quality assurance or testing of products.
  • Own reliable vehicle (desirable, due to occasional off-site installations).

Full training will be provided for the successful candidate.

  • Successful completion of a National Police Check upon commencement.
