This is the ideal role if you are compassionate, self-motivated, values driven and
have well established skills and expertise in all aspects of clinical administration.
Working in our private mental health clinic you will collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to actively support the provision of lifechanging care to our patients every day and bridge the gap between healthcare delivery and office management.
You will:
- display your expertise and proficiency in co-ordinating and delivering a wide range of clinical
administration tasks from billing and claims (Medicare, DVA, Private Health Funds) to booking systems, records and information management
- constantly highlight your strong organisation,multi-tasking and problem solving skills as you actively co-ordinate workflows to support smooth team operations, provision of accurate information and timely follow up
- employ your well developed co-ordination skills to support and back up the Clinical Administration Manager with the daily operations of the team to ensure our clinical team can focus entirely on patient care
- regularly use your strong people skills to oversee, guide, support, coach and mentor less experienced team members
- apply your high level competency in the use of medical software, Electronic Medical Records
(eMR) systems and Microsoft Office on a daily basis frequently demonstrate your professionalism, empathy, strong communication and relationship building skills to support and inform our patients and work effectively with clinicians and your team members.
