– Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes.

– Engage with customers to take drink and food orders, providing recommendations and ensuring timely service.

– Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including proper storage of bar supplies and cleaning equipment.

– Monitor customer consumption and adhere to responsible service of alcohol guidelines.

– Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.

– Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and communication during peak hours.

– Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and friendly manner.

– Stay updated on new drink recipes, trends, and beverage offerings.

– Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.

– Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve bartending skills and product knowledge.

**Qualifications:**

– Previous bartending experience preferred, but not mandatory (entry-level positions available for those willing to learn).

– RSA certification is required (Responsible Service of Alcohol) in accordance with Australian regulations.

– High school diploma or equivalent.

– Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

– Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
