The Dunn Group is an Australian family-owned business, operating in NSW for over 30 years, with 10 busy convenience petroleum retail sites across Sydney metro, the Blue Mountains, and Wagga Wagga. “Balmain Coffee Company” is an extension of our business along with our “Supply – Your Local Food Store” offer which is an amazing range of made in store products.
About the role
We are looking for people to join our teams who have a positive attitude, a hardworking spirit, and the willingness to learn. You’ll need a passion for coffee, food, and exceptional customer service! Your night will include customer service, completing sale transactions, maintaining site standards including cleanliness, merchandising and promotional displays as well as maintaining safety and operational procedures. Do you like to sleep during the day and stay awake all night?
We are looking for a night owl, someone who loves to work the overnight shift!
Overnight shift 10pm-6am- 2-3 shifts per weeks (with options to discuss additional)
Mix of Morning and Afternoon shift approx 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm- 3-4 shifts per week (with options to discuss additional)
** Exact days and number of shifts per week will be discussed during interview
Our stores are open every day of the week (including weekends and public holidays). It is important that you can get to and from work safely, so you do need access to reliable transport.
About you:
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a customer centric mindset
- Well presented, strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to work as part of a positive and close-knit team as well as thrive independently
- Expected to cover/swap shifts within the team and sites from time to time
