About the Role

CRU® Galston Gorge is seeking a highly organised and relationship-focused Bookings Manager to oversee our bookings and guest liaison operations. This role is key to securing guest group camps and providing leadership and accountability for the entire booking lifecycle, from initial enquiry through to post-camp review, ensuring the smooth delivery of every camp experience.

Working closely with site leadership and operational teams, you’ll help ensure guests receive exceptional service while supporting CRU’s mission of sharing Jesus with the next generation.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing the end-to-end bookings and guest liaison process
  • Provide leadership, supervision and guidance to the Guest Liaison Manager, with accountability for the effective operation of the guest liaison function.
  • Responding promptly to enquiries and building strong relationships with clients
  • Managing booking contracts, deposits, invoicing, and booking records
  • Coordinating pre-camp logistics and communicating key information to site teams
  • Maintaining accurate client databases and booking systems
  • Producing booking, operational, and management reports
  • Participating in site planning and logistics meetings
  • Supporting visitors and acting as a key point of contact for guest groups, as required

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

  • A mature Christian faith and alignment with CRU’s Basis of Belief
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Strong administrative experience and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence working independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • A customer-focused mindset and ability to build positive relationships
  • Experience in reservations, camps, events, or bookings environments (desirable but not essential)
