The Co-Group is seeking an experienced Female Support Worker to provide support to an NDIS participant in Willoughby, NSW.

The role includes community access and social support, as well as assisting with personal care and domestic duties. This position requires experience with manual handling, with support provided on a one-assist basis. Australian Driver’s License and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle is essential.

Shift requirements:

• Tuesday: 12:00pm – 4:00pm (Social Support & Community Access)
• Wednesday: 7:30am – 11:00am (Personal Care & Domestic Assistance)
• Thursday: 7:30am – 11:00am (Personal Care & Domestic Assistance)

Requirements 

– Valid Driver’s Licence 

– Access to a comprehensive insured car with 5 seats 

– NDIS Module – Quality, Safety & You  

– NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC) for paid employment 

– NSW Working With Children Check for paid employment 

– Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) 

– Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours using approved techniques.
