The Co-Group is seeking a compassionate Greek-speaking Aged Care Support Worker to provide in-home support to a client located in Blacktown.

The client requires 4 hours of support per week, with flexibility around days and times. Fluency in Greek is essential for this role to ensure effective communication and meaningful engagement with the client.

This position is primarily focused on social support, helping the client maintain independence, connection, and wellbeing. Duties may include companionship, community engagement, and accompanied walks within the local area.

Requirements 

– Valid Driver’s Licence 

– Access to a comprehensive insured car with 5 seats 

– NDIS Module – Quality, Safety & You  

– NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC) for paid employment 

– NSW Working with Children Check for paid employment 

– Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) 

– Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours using approved techniques.
