Female Aged Care Support Worker – Horningsea Park

The Co-Group are seeking a compassionate and reliable Vietnamese-speaking Female Support Worker (South Vietnamese) to support an aged care client living in Horningsea Park.

The client is in the early stages of Alzheimer’s disease, therefore experience supporting people living with dementia is essential. The successful candidate will provide person-centred support, companionship, and assistance to help maintain the client’s independence and wellbeing.

Support is required on Mondays and Wednesdays from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM, offering regular and consistent weekly shifts with an aged care client in the Horningsea Park area.

Requirements

• Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
• Access to a comprehensive insured car with 5 seats
• NDIS Module – Quality, Safety & You 
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC) for paid employment or Police Check within the last 4 weeks
• NSW Working With Children’s Check for paid employment
• Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours using approved techniques.
