Description

The Co-Group are seeking experienced, resilient, and compassionate Complex Support Workers to join our growing team across Western Sydney. This is a casual on-call position, ideal for support workers who are flexible, responsive, and committed to delivering high-quality person-centred support to participants with complex needs.

You will provide direct support to NDIS participants living in their homes and the community, assisting individuals with varying physical, psychosocial, behavioural, and intellectual disabilities. Shifts may be offered at short notice and can include mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnight sleepovers, active nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Requirements

  • Valid Driver’s Licence
  • Access to a comprehensive insured car with 5 seats
  • NDIS Module – Quality, Safety & You 
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC) for paid employment
  • Blue Card (WWCC) for paid employment
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours using approved techniques.
