Summary:

We are currently seeking a reliable, experienced and compassionate Female Aged Care Support Woker, to support a Female participant with Community and Social Support, Shopping and going for walks. The shifts will be 2 x 2hr shifts per week.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities, shopping, getting out in the community, going for walks
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and engaging environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in aged care or a related field is preferred.
• A current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Empathy and patience in dealing with elderly clients.
• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in aged care.
