Thomastown Warehouse

We’re looking for a casual Training and Support Officer to join our welcoming and fast‑paced Thomastown warehouse. This is a flexible opportunity, ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work and wants to make a real difference.

In this role, you’ll work alongside Supported Employees across multiple production and process lines, providing practical training, encouragement and day‑to‑day support. This is a people‑first role where you’ll focus on what individuals can do — helping them build confidence, develop skills and achieve their employment goals at their own pace.

Shifts are typically between 4–6/7 hours (within business hours) Monday to Thursday.

  • Providing friendly, practical supervision and support on the warehouse floor
  • Delivering on‑the‑job training tailored to different learning styles and communication needs
  • Getting to know each Supported Employee’s strengths and supporting their growth
  • Encouraging safe work practices and maintaining quality outcomes
  • Actively participating in warehouse tasks (including repetitive work, lifting and standing)
  • Being a consistent, positive and encouraging presence throughout each shift

 

Please note this role requires at least a Certificate IV in Disability (or a higher/equivalent qualification).
