Are you an experienced support worker who naturally leads by example and enjoys helping others grow and succeed?
We’re looking for a confident, compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our Supported Independent Living (SIL) team. This is a hands-on role for someone who is passionate about delivering great support while also being a positive influence for colleagues.
You’ll be someone others turn to for guidance, someone who brings sound judgement to everyday situations, and someone who helps create a supportive team environment where participants and staff can thrive.

In this role, you’ll:
- Provide high-quality, person-centred support that promotes independence, choice and dignity.
- Lead by example and model best practice in everyday support.

- Help promote consistency and quality across the service.
- Use your judgement and initiative to respond to challenges and support positive outcomes.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.
- Build strong relationships with participants, families, allied health professionals and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with organisational requirements.
