About the role

Working as part of our Works production team, you’ll undertake a variety of production, packing and warehouse tasks while working alongside Supported Employees to achieve production targets and maintain quality standards:

  • Operating on the production line with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Completing packing, labelling and assembly tasks
  • Picking and packing customer orders
  • Meeting production targets and quality requirements
  • Operating equipment and machinery safely
  • Reporting machinery faults or safety concerns promptly
  • Assisting with stock, materials and equipment management
  • Working collaboratively with team members to achieve daily goals
  • Maintaining a safe, clean and organised work environment
  • Building positive working relationships with colleagues and customers where required

We are ideally looking for people with experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse operations or disability employment services who are comfortable performing manual handling tasks and standing for extended period.

The details

  • 12-month fixed-term position
  • Wednesday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:06pm (with potential for Monday and Tuesday for the right applicant)
  • Based at our Thomastown Warehouse
