We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised Intake Support & Administration Officer to join our Marketing, Brand and Engagement team.
In this role, you’ll help create a positive first impression for prospective participants, families and referrers by providing administration and coordination support across intake and onboarding activities. You’ll also support the broader team with communications, records management, event coordination and day-to-day administrative tasks.

What you’ll be doing
- Coordinate intake appointments, meet and greets, site tours and onboarding activities.
- Respond to enquiries and referrals in a professional, welcoming and timely manner.
- Prepare participant information packs, correspondence and routine documentation.
- Maintain accurate records across client management and CRM systems.
- Follow up outstanding information and documentation to support onboarding processes.
- Assist with scheduling, calendars, databases and shared team systems.
- Support the preparation of resources, marketing materials and information packs.
- Assist with community events, expos, open days and engagement activities.
- Help coordinate social media scheduling and other communication activities.
- Contribute to a positive experience for participants, families, referrers and community partners.
