Description

We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and people-focused Assistant Operations Manager to help keep our Connects services running smoothly. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you’ll provide operational and administrative support that enables our teams to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred services.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the day-to-day administration and coordination of Connects services
  • Assist with participant onboarding, service changes, and transitions
  • Provide operational and administrative support to Service Coordinators
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and system data
  • Support participant safety, safeguarding, and compliance requirements
  • Monitor and track participant information, engagement, and feedback
  • Coordinate documentation, follow-up actions, and operational communications
  • Prepare reports, meeting materials, and data summaries
  • Support audits, incident management, and quality improvement activities
  • Help promote consistent processes, systems, and ways of working across the team

 

To be considered for this role, applicants must hold a Certificate IV in Disability, Community Services, or a related field and have significant experience in disability, specifically group supports and day services. Experience supporting the day-to-day operations of a disability day service is essential, including participant-centred service delivery, workforce coordination, incident and risk management, safeguarding and restrictive practice processes, and compliance with NDIS requirements and quality standards.
