About the Role

As our Room Leader, you will lead the Toddler Room, supporting a team of educators to deliver high-quality, child-centred learning experiences while building strong relationships with children and families.

As Educational Leader one day per week, you will lead the development, implementation, and ongoing reflection of the centre’s educational programs, ensuring alignment with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF).

Your Role:

• Lead and deliver a high-quality educational program aligned with the EYLF and National Quality Standards
• Support school readiness through engaging, play-based and inquiry-led learning experiences
• Mentor, motivate, and support a team of educators to deliver best practice education and care
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Create a warm, inclusive, and safe learning environment where every child feels confident and supported

About You:

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or Diploma with proven leadership experience (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS and Reggio Emilia philosophy
• Confident communicator with a positive, collaborative leadership style
• Current WWCC, National Police Clearance, First Aid & CPR, and relevant child protection training
• Full availability Monday–Friday between 6:30am–6:00pm
