Room Leader – Atlantis Early Learning Yanchep Vertex

Are you an enthusiastic Room Leader who loves leading playful, engaging learning experiences? Join our team at Atlantis Early Learning Yanchep Vertex!

Our Yanchep Vertex centre, opened in 2022, is a purpose-built service featuring a stunning modern Hamptons design. With light-filled, calm, and coastal-inspired learning spaces, our environments are designed to help children feel relaxed, supported, and inspired to explore. In this role, you will lead a room of educators, guiding and supporting them to deliver high-quality learning programs.

Your Role:

  • Lead a high-quality, play-based educational program aligned with the EYLF.
  • Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Mentor and support a team of educators to deliver engaging, child-led learning experiences.
  • Create a warm, safe, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported.
  • Bring your ideas, creativity, and professional knowledge to continually enhance the program.

About You:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
  • Experience in early childhood education and/or team leadership
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, positive approach
  • Current WWCC, National Police Clearance, and Child Protection training
