Pay Rate

$75,000 AUD – $80,000 AUD (Annum)

Description

    • 6 Weeks Annual Leave + 17.5% Leave Loading
    • NFP Salary packaging (tax savings on $15,899pa)

    About You:·

  • 3 years’ experience in similar housekeeping coordinator role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to interact sensitively and positively with indigenous people
  • Display leadership, coaching and mentoring skills to develop and support a team
  • Ability to be flexible, multi-task and problem solve to ensure high-quality delivery of service
  • High level of self-motivation and the ability to identify, prioritise and complete needed tasks without direct supervision
  • Intermediate to high level of computer skills including the Microsoft Office Suite of Programs.
  • Good knowledge of and commitment to safe working practices
  • Demonstrated understanding of stock control and inventory management.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills are essential
  • Chemical Handling/Storage certificate or willingness to complete

Essential Licences / Clearances prior to commencement

  • Manual Drivers Licence (Class C NT)
  • Current NT WWC Ochre Card
  • National Police check
  • NLC Work / Resident permits (with assistance)
