The Procurement Officer is responsible for coordinating and managing the procurement of goods, services, equipment and contractors for Thamarrurr Development Corporation (TDC).
The position ensures procurement activities are conducted in a fair, transparent, compliant and cost-effective manner, while supporting the operational requirements of TDC’s diverse programs and remote community operations.

- Demonstrated experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, administration or a related field.

- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential and accurate records.
- Ability to work within policies, procedures and financial delegations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable
- Certificate, diploma or degree in procurement, supply chain, business, finance or a related discipline.
- Experience working in a remote or regional environment.
- Experience working for an Indigenous organisation or community-controlled organisation.
- Experience with procurement or finance software.
- Experience managing suppliers and contractors.
