About the Role

Tecside is looking for a driven Talent Specialist to join our growing Trades team in our Brisbane office, located in Woolloongabba.

You’ll inherit an established desk with active clients and immediate opportunities across construction, manufacturing, engineering, infrastructure, and industrial sectors. This is a true 360 recruitment role where you’ll manage client relationships, source skilled tradespeople, and grow your own portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a full recruitment desk from business development through to placement
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Source, screen, and interview skilled trades candidates
• Manage offers, onboarding, and placement outcomes
• Grow existing accounts and develop new business opportunities

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Recruitment, Labour Hire, Account Management, Business Development, or Sales
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• A proactive, results-driven approach
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Experience within Trades, Blue-Collar, Labour Hire, or Industrial Recruitment will be highly regarded.
