Operations crew working across food, bakery production & warehouse | Bayswater | $34.76/hr | Great Hours + Mornings Free + Team Culture is fantastic!

Join our friendly Bayswater depot team and help prepare our 30 lunch vans for the next day. You’ll work across food and bakery production, warehouse, coldroom and pick-pack duties, depending on daily needs.

💰 What’s on offer

• $34.76/hr casual rate (aged 21+)
• Monday–Friday rotating shifts between 12 pm–9 pm; occasional Sundays
• 3–5 shifts per week, typically 5–8 hours each
• Approx. 30–40 hours weekly for reliable team members
• Start ASAP, with free staff food, discounts and parking

Bakery, food production, warehouse or pick-pack experience is preferred, but not essential.

Forklift licence highly regarded.

You’ll support food production, bakery and warehouse operations, including:

• Pick-packing food in a 3–9°C cold room
• Preparing, portioning and processing food to recipes and work instructions
• Receiving and storing stock
• Maintaining food safety, quality, hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Supporting efficient workflow across each shift

Reliability, attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

• Reliable, punctual and comfortable working in 3–9°C conditions
• Physically fit to lift up to 15 kg and complete active duties
• Positive, motivated and detail-focused, with strong teamwork and communication skills
• Full Australian work rights, driver licence and reliable transport required
• Food production, warehouse and forklift experience are valued but not essential — training is provided
