Operations Crew – Ferntree Gully |Food & Bakery production, Warehouse

1. AM Operations – Bakery, warehouse, food production

✅ Monday to Friday roster, occasional Sunday may be required

✅ Shifts rostered from 3:00am-2:30pm

✅ 20-30+ hours per week

✅ 3-5 shifts per week

Mainly bakery work supporting the production of a range of pies & pastry goods, general cleaning and some computer work may be involved.

2. AM Operations – Food production & warehouse

✅ Monday to Friday roster

✅ Afternoon shifts, roster from 3:00am-3:00pm

✅ Up to 25+ hours per week

✅ 3-5 shifts per week

Mainly general food production work creating a range of foods from sandwiches & salads to burritos & sushi!

What you’ll do

• Prepare, portion, label and pack food products
• Pick and dispatch orders accurately
• Receive and store stock where required
• Follow recipes, picking sheets and work instructions
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and quality standards
• Support workflow and productivity across the shift

Team members may work across Bakery, Production or Warehouse depending on operational priorities and shift requirements.

About you

• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working in a cold environment 3-9°C if required
• Physically fit (able to lift up to 15kg)
• Reliable with strong attention to detail
• Able to work both independently and in a team
• Pick packing, warehouse or food production/bakery production experience preferred
• Driver licence and reliable transport required due to location and hours

Please note: Handling meat, dairy, nuts and gluten products is required. Exposure to strong food smells, repetitive movement (conveyor belts).
