Talent Quarter is growing – and we’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Allied Health / Nursing Division

We’re a values-led, ISO-accredited recruitment partner delivering permanent, contract, locum and perm staffing solutions across Australia. Our focus is quality, compliance and long-term partnerships – not volume at any cost.

The Role

This is high quality service focused recruitment position where you will:

  • Build and manage client relationships
  • Source, screen and place healthcare or community professionals
  • Deliver permanent and/or contract placements
  • Provide workforce solutions and market insight
  • Maintain strong compliance and service standards

About You

You will bring:

  • Proven agency recruitment (360 degree) experience
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • A commercial mindset with integrity
  • Drive, resilience and accountability
  • Healthcare recruitment experience is highly regarded but not essential.
