The Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant in our Aged Care team, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of clinical and leadership roles across residential and community aged care settings nationwide.

🔹 Duties include:

• Managing the full recruitment cycle
• Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing top candidates
• Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Partnering with aged care providers to understand their workforce needs
• Creating tailored recruitment strategies and delivering exceptional service
• Keeping your finger on the pulse of industry trends and talent movements

🔹 What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in healthcare recruitment (aged care experience highly regarded)
• Strong candidate sourcing and engagement skills
• Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, and relationship-building ability
• A proactive, driven, and ethical approach to recruitment
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
