Fleet Allocator – Linehaul

The Fleet Allocator – Linehaul plays an important role in keeping our linehaul operations moving.

This permanent full-time position will coordinate fleet movements, work closely with drivers and the Transport team, and help keep our operations safe, efficient and on time.

What you will be doing:

• Coordinate fleet and driver allocations across linehaul operations.
• Monitor fleet movements and adjust allocations as priorities change.
• Work closely with drivers and the Transport team to optimise routes and schedules.
• Maintain accurate records and monitor fleet utilisation and performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Respond to operational issues and find practical, timely solutions.

What you will have:

• Experience in a coordination role, ideally within transport or logistics.
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Confident communication skills and the ability to work well with drivers and teams.
• Experience using transport, fleet management or similar systems.
• Understanding of transport safety and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.

• Successful applicants will be required to complete a Pre-Employment Medical, Drug and Alcohol Screening and Police Check.
