About the Role

Reporting to the Donor Manager, the Digital Platforms Specialist (Fundraising) is responsible for delivering engaging online supporter experiences across individual giving, lotteries and legacy giving programs.

Working closely with fundraising, ICT and external partners, you’ll optimise digital platforms, supporter journeys and online campaigns to drive acquisition, retention and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise digital fundraising platforms, websites and microsites.
  • Improve donation, ticket purchasing and supporter journeys to increase conversion and engagement.
  • Support fundraising campaigns through the delivery of digital assets and online experiences.
  • Analyse performance using GA4 and other reporting tools to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage and enhance CMS functionality and platform performance.
  • Work with external agencies and technology partners to deliver digital initiatives.
  • Monitor and maintain secure payment systems and online fundraising compliance.
  • Provide insights and reporting to support fundraising decision-making.

Who You Are

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, fundraising, communications or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Knowledge & Experience

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a digital marketing, fundraising or online engagement role.
  • Experience managing CMS platforms and digital campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of GA4 and digital analytics.
  • Experience optimising online customer or supporter journeys.
  • Understanding of payment systems, privacy requirements and online compliance.
