- Meaningful work in a small, family-governed home where you see the impact of your support every week
- A predictable weekly structure of admin and practice leadership combined with hands-on shifts, with flexibility to flex up when the roster calls for it
- You’re not on your own. SILC’s central team handles HR, payroll, rostering and compliance support so you can focus on your residents and your team
- Income from face-to-face shifts on top of your 10 paid admin hours
- 12% superannuation and 5 weeks annual leave
- Salary packaging up to $15,899
- Ongoing professional development and access to Employee Assistance Program
