HOW DOES THIS WORK?

Stride Early Learning offers paid traineeships for school leavers, 17 and over, who want to get into early childhood education. You will be working in one of our centres from day one, doing the job.

Rotate around the centre to pick up everything:

• The rooms, working with babies, toddlers and kindy kids at every stage
• Centre leadership, seeing how the Centre Manager operates
• The kitchen, working alongside the cook on meals, food safety and nutrition
• Maintenance, helping keep the centre looking good and running smoothly
• Stock takes, ordering, and all the behind-the-scenes things that keep a centre running

You will be surrounded by warm, genuine people who love what they do, in a place that genuinely makes you want to get up for work.

WHAT YOU WILL GET

ALL YOU NEED TO APPLY

• Be 17 years of age or over
• Genuinely want to work with children
• Keen to learn and get stuck in as part of the team
• Australian citizen or permanent resident
• Can work at least two days a week, more is even better
• A driver’s license, or close to getting one
