🌟We’re Hiring: Sources and Content Specialist 🌟

Streem is looking for a motivated media mogul to join the team as our newest Sources and Content Specialist. In this role, you’ll oversee our source, content and journalist databases, and manage relationships with content partners to ensure media reaches Streem’s clients in a timely manner! 

A snapshot of what our Sources and Content Specialists do: 

• Establishing and maintaining Streem’s source and content base with our content suppliers and providers; 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with content providers and third-party partners to ensure reliable, timely content delivery.
• Completing Quality Assurance of content to ensure a high standard of delivery; 
• Monitor content quality, feeds and subscriptions, troubleshooting issues and driving continuous improvements.
• Maintain source, programming and database information, ensuring accuracy and currency.
• Collaborate with internal teams on source-related projects, data management, reporting and process improvements.
• Provide support, training and escalation management across source and content operations.

What we’re looking for:

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Media, Communications, Journalism (or similar).
• A strong understanding of the Australian and/or New Zealand media landscape.
• Experience managing, maintaining and upgrading servers, with a keen interest in maintaining databases and troubleshooting technical problems. 
• A positive, proactive, and hands-on attitude.

Bonus points if you’re confident with:

• Boolean queries (a big plus!).
