What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing mechanical HVAC design drawings and 3D models for a variety of projects
including hospitals, education facilities, shopping centres and commercial buildings.
- Producing high-quality documentation using Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks.
- Assisting with building services design documentation and project delivery activities.
- Collaborating with engineers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve coordinated design
outcomes.
- Assisting with design coordination and resolving technical and project-related
challenges.
- Ensuring compliance with STP, industry standards, regulations and project requirements.
About You
You’re a proactive and detail-oriented Mechanical Draftsperson who enjoys working across
a variety of projects and collaborating with others to achieve high-quality outcomes. You take pride in your work, communicate well with project teams, and are looking to continue building your technical capability within a supportive environment.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- 5+ years’ experience in mechanical drafting/design within Australian building
services or HVAC projects
- Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering (desirable) or
equivalent qualification
- Strong Revit capability (essential) Sound
understanding of building services coordination
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with engineers and project teams
- Full unrestricted Australian working rights
