About the Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised Office & Marketing Coordinator to become an integral part of our team.
As the welcoming face of our business, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience for our clients, visitors, suppliers, and employees. You’ll also be the person who helps keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes, supporting our leadership, operations, marketing, and people initiatives.
This is a diverse, hands-on role that offers plenty of variety and the opportunity to make a genuine impact across the business. One day you might be preparing content for our website, coordinating social media content, or preparing marketing material. The next, you could be assisting with a tender submission, supporting employee onboarding, coordinating an event, or managing office administration.

You’ll work closely with our Executive Assistant and Leadership Team and have the opportunity to build relationships across every level of the organisation while contributing to our continued growth and success.
What You’ll Be Doing
Front-of-House & Office Coordination
- Welcome and assist clients, consultants, suppliers, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage reception and general office enquiries.
- Coordinate meeting rooms, office supplies, and day-to-day administration.
- Support office systems, reporting, and operational processes.
Marketing & Brand Support
- Provide content for the company website, social media channels, and marketing collateral.
- Assist with the creation of project profiles, capability statements, and company communications.
- Help ensure all marketing materials reflect the Stokes Rousseau brand.
Tender & Business Development Support
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of high-quality tender submissions and proposals.
- Support the business development team with documentation, formatting, and submission requirements.
- Maintain marketing and project information to support future opportunities.
People & Culture Support
- Coordinate employee administration, onboarding activities, and training records.
- Assist with team events, celebrations, recognition initiatives, and internal communications.
- Support the creation of a positive and engaging workplace culture·
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who brings energy, initiative, and a willingness to get involved wherever support is needed.
You’ll ideally have:
- Strong administration and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Confident and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a genuine willingness to help.
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills and experience using marketing platforms such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Previous experience in an administration, marketing, coordinator, or office support role.
- Experience in construction, property, professional services, or project-based industries will be highly regarded but is not essential.
