St John Ambulance SA is looking for an energetic Outbound Sales Consultant to drive customer engagement, generate new business opportunities, and help more people access our industry-leading training programs.

What You’ll Be Doing

Sales & Customer Engagement

• Contact existing and lapsed customers to encourage course bookings
• Promote training courses, products and services
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Generate and refer business opportunities to the Business Development team
• Work towards sales, retention and customer service targets

Customer Service

• Respond to inbound customer enquiries
• Assist customers with course bookings and service information
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences across every interaction

Administration

• Process bookings, invoices and customer records
• Maintain accurate databases and reporting
• Complete call logs and sales administration activities

About You

You’ll be a confident communicator who enjoys talking to people, building relationships and achieving results. You’ll bring:

• Experience in sales, customer service or contact centre environments
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence using computer systems and managing multiple tasks
• A proactive and positive approach to achieving goals
• A commitment to providing outstanding customer service
