Each year, we support tens of thousands of people through our Event Health and Medical Services, first aid training and products, and community programs that promote connection and care. Behind this work is a dedicated team of over 1,200 volunteers and 200 employees who are committed to making a positive impact across South Australia.
Now, we’re looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Product Sales Team and help us continue delivering exceptional service to our customers and community.
About the Role
As our Customer Service Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of creating a positive customer experience.

You’ll be the key link between customers, field staff and internal teams, helping to keep everything running smoothly while building strong relationships along the way.
You’ll support the coordination of a team of approximately 7-8 staff, helping to manage workloads, schedules and daily operations while fostering a positive and collaborative team culture. You’ll also step into the Team Leader role during periods of leave, providing leadership and continuity for the team when required.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and making a tangible impact within a supportive team environment where your contribution is highly visible and valued.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate schedules, personnel and resources to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by managing enquiries, bookings and service requests with professionalism and care.
- Keep customers informed through proactive communication and regular service updates.
- Support the day-to-day operations of the Product Sales Team through administration, reporting and order processing.
- Assist customers with product enquiries, quotations and purchasing solutions.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve positive customer outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and customer experiences.
- Provide leadership support and act in the Team Leader role when required.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
You’ll bring:
- Experience in customer service and business-to-business (B2B) sales.
- Experience coordinating schedules, field-based teams or mobile workforces.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
- Experience using CRM, scheduling or workforce management systems, with Salesforce experience highly regarded.
- A willingness to learn, adapt and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience in healthcare, emergency services, logistics, field services or a similar operational environment will be viewed favourably.
