About the Role

We’re looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused professionals to join our team as Customer Sales Consultants.

As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while helping individuals and organisations access the training and services they need.

This is a fast-paced, people-focused role that combines customer service, relationship building, administration, and sales.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Managing inbound calls in a busy customer service environment
  • Following up warm leads and existing customer enquiries
  • Building and maintaining positive customer relationships
  • Promoting and cross-selling St John training courses, products, and services
  • Updating and maintaining customer records within our systems
  • Processing customer information accurately and efficiently
  • Completing call logs and customer documentation
  • Providing administrative support to ensure a seamless customer experience

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Confidence building rapport and identifying customer needs
  • Experience in a sales, contact centre, customer service, or administration role
  • Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • A positive, professional, and team-focused attitude

Experience within the not-for-profit or community sector will be highly regarded but is not essential.

You’ll be available to work Monday to Friday, with rostered shifts finishing by 5:00pm, and be willing to adapt to occasional business needs.
