Something special is coming to Rose Bay — and we want you to be part of it from day one.

Riva is SRG Hospitality’s newest waterfront dining destination: a warm, energetic venue where exceptional food meets genuine connection and every guest leaves feeling like a regular. We’re assembling the opening team now, and we’re looking for Front of House professionals who set the standard — people who bring personality, precision, and genuine hospitality to everything they do.

ROLES WE’RE HIRING


FOH Supervisor

Lead service, mentor your team, and hold the standard on the floor. You’ve done this before — you know what great looks like and you make it happen every shift.


Section Waiter

Own your section, read your guests, and deliver service that’s warm, attentive, and effortlessly professional.


Bartender

Craft exceptional drinks and create connections across the bar. Cocktails, wine, and spirits — you know your craft and love sharing it.


Sommelier

Elevate the dining experience through confident, personalised wine service. Your palate and your people skills are equally strong.


Food Runner

The engine of service. You’re fast, accurate, and proud of keeping the floor moving — a key part of the team from the very first cover.



WHAT YOU BRING


  • Genuine hospitality instinct — you make guests feel seen, welcomed, and looked after
  • Experience in your chosen role, in a professional venue environment
  • Leaders (Supervisors): a proven track record of running a floor and developing a team
  • Strong communication and a positive, collaborative approach to the shift
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Current RSA Certificate (essential for all roles)
