Speech Pathologist Opportunities – South Coast Therapy & Support Group

South Coast Therapy & Support Group is seeking Speech Pathologists at New Graduate, Senior, and Team Leader levels to join our award-winning allied health team. The Role Deliver evidence-based, client-centred speech pathology services across the Illawarra and Shoalhaven. Work with children and adults across NDIS, private practice, and aged care settings, supporting communication, language, speech, and swallowing outcomes. Services are delivered in clinics, homes, schools, and the community, offering strong variety and clinical scope.

  • SPA membership (or eligibility)
  • Commitment to evidence-based, client-centred practice
  • Strong communication and report-writing skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
  • Current driver’s licence

For Senior and Team Leader roles, you will demonstrate advanced clinical skills, experience with complex clients, and the ability to mentor or lead others.
