Contractor Remuneration

Leadership and Supervision Opportunities

As a senior clinician, you’ll play an important role in supporting the development of our broader therapy team.

This may include:

  • Clinical supervision and mentoring of junior Occupational Therapists
  • Supporting Allied Health Assistants delivering 1:1 therapy programs
  • Reviewing therapy plans and progress
  • Providing clinical guidance and quality assurance
  • Contributing to service development and innovation

About You

  • AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist
  • Strong assessment and report-writing skills
  • Experience working within the NDIS preferred
  • Experience across Aged Care, DVA or community-based services highly regarded
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Passion for achieving meaningful outcomes for participants and clients
  • Interest in mentoring and supporting developing clinicians
