Salary
$120,000 – $140,000 + Superannuation
Based on experience, leadership capability and clinical expertise.

As a senior clinician, you’ll play a key role in supporting and developing our therapy team.
Responsibilities may include:
- Clinical supervision of junior Occupational Therapists
- Supporting Allied Health Assistants delivering 1:1 therapy programs
- Reviewing therapy plans and reports
- Quality assurance and clinical governance
- Service development initiatives
- Mentoring and developing emerging clinicians

Our AI-powered systems, powered by Splose and 3CX, assist with:
- Clinical note taking

- Functional Capacity Assessments

- Falls Prevention Programs

- Equipment Prescription and Environmental Recommendations

You are:
- AHPRA registered as an Occupational Therapist
- Experienced in assessment, intervention and report writing
- Confident supporting a diverse range of participants and clients
- Passionate about mentoring and developing others
- A strong communicator and collaborative team member
- Committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care
