 Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor turf staff to maintain high-quality sports field surfaces.
• Operate cylinder mowers and precision turf equipment.
• Coordinate mowing, line marking and sports field preparation.
• Monitor turf health, irrigation and implement improvement programs.
• Safely apply fertilisers, herbicides and pest control treatments.
• Deliver seasonal renovations, aeration, scarifying and turf recovery works.
• Oversee turf installations, drainage upgrades and sports field projects.
• Liaise with stakeholders and identify opportunities to improve turf presentation.

What will you need?

• Certificate III in Sports Turf Management Or similar
• Driver’s licence (Manual or Automatic)
• National Police Check
• Working with Children Check
