Role and Responsibilities:
- Operate zero-turn and ride-on mowers to maintain large turf areas and grassed verges.
- Mow, edge and maintain lawns to achieve a neat, professional finish.
- Maintain garden beds through weeding, mulching, pruning and general garden care.
- Float between mowing and gardening duties to support the wider grounds team.
- Safely operate mowers, brush cutters, whipper snippers, blowers and other equipment.
- Complete general grounds maintenance, including edging, trimming and litter removal.
- Assist with fertilising, weed control, planting and turf care as required.
- Identify maintenance issues and help keep outdoor areas safe, clean and presentable.
What will you need?
- A current driver’s licence, manual or automatic.
- Experience in grounds maintenance, horticulture or landscaping.
- Confidence operating ride-on mowers, zero-turn mowers and relevant grounds maintenance equipment.
- A practical, hands-on approach and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
- A National Police Check
