Salary and perks: $34p/h – $36p/h + Super + RDO’s + Ute & Phone

Role and Responsibilities:

• Support a team delivering high-quality horticultural maintenance across commercial sites.
• Coordinate daily workloads, team members and site priorities to meet client expectations.
• Complete mowing, pruning, hedging, planting and general garden maintenance.
• Operate and maintain horticultural machinery, tools and specialised equipment.
• Manage irrigation systems, identify faults and complete minor repairs where required.
• Complete pre-starts, Take 5s, SWMS and site reporting in line with company requirements.
• Build strong client relationships and represent Solutions+ professionally on site.
• Maintain high site standards while ensuring team safety, productivity and WHS compliance.

What will you need?

• A Current Drivers Licence (Manual or Auto)
• National Police Check
• Working with Children Check
