 Role and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee allocated accounts and contracts across Maintenance/Landscape teams
  • Manage team schedules, performance, training, development and progression.
  • Maintain high standards of safety, quality and compliance across all sites.
  • Act as the key client contact, building strong relationships and ensuring contract delivery.
  • Plan and manage all schedules, labour, resources and equipment allocation.
  • Support Team Leaders to coordinate crews and deliver works across multiple locations.
  • Monitor contract performance, client feedback and service outcomes.
  • Identify efficiencies and opportunities to improve service delivery and productivity.
  • Manage contract budgets, including labour, materials and equipment costs.
  • Resolve client and operational issues promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure contracts are delivered in line with company standards & client expectations

What will you need?

  • Relevant Industry Qualifications or Relevant Experience
  • A Current Drivers Licence (Manual or Automatic)
  • National Police Check
  • Working with Children Check
