Role and Responsibilities:

  • Preparing pricing, estimates and tenders for commercial landscape construction projects.
  • Lead allocated projects from estimating and procurement through to completion and handover.
  • Manage internal teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure efficient and reliable project delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong client and industry relationships to support project delivery and future opportunities.
  • Manage project costs and financial performance to achieve strong commercial outcomes.
  • Identify new opportunities and contribute to the continued growth of the VIC business.
  • Improve estimating, project delivery processes and systems to drive efficiency and performance.
  • Ensure projects meet high standards of safety, quality, compliance and client satisfaction.
  • Review project scopes, specifications and site requirements to identify risks, opportunities and cost efficiencies.

What will you need?

  • Relevant Industry Qualifications/Degree’s or Relevant Experience
  • A Current Drivers Licence (Manual or Automatic)
  • National Police Check
  • Working with Children Check
