Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Instructional Designer (Learning Designer) to join our Revenue Enablement Team to design, develop, and deliver enablement content and curricula that supports the success of our Sales and Customer Success teams. This role is central to improving onboarding, RAMP times, and overall team effectiveness by producing enablement content, materials and resources while designing and managing onboarding and ongoing training curricula.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and continuously improve onboarding curricula for Sales and Customer Success teams, optimising RAMP times and equipping new hires with the product knowledge, selling skills, and tools required to succeed in role.
- Create and deliver enablement content across multiple formats, including e‑learning modules, live or virtual workshops, playbooks, job aids, videos, and facilitation guides, covering product knowledge, sales process, customer conversations, and objection handling.
- Manage and maintain enablement content within Seismic (CMS) and the LMS, ensuring materials are well‑structured, up to date, and easily accessible to Sales and Client Success teams when needed.
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Client Success andProduct Marketing teams to ensure enablement initiatives reflect product updates, go‑to‑market changes, and evolving business
needs.
- Monitor training effectiveness using engagement data, feedback, and performance insights, using a data‑driven approach to continuously improve onboarding and ongoing enablement programs.
About You
- Proven experience in instructional design, ideally within sales or revenue enablement.
- Strong collaborator who enjoys working cross‑functionally with Enablement, Sales, Client Success, Product, and Marketing stakeholders to gather input, align on priorities, and deliver practical learning solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging, learner‑focused training content across multiple formats, including e-learning, workshops, and playbooks, that support performance in role.
- Proficiency in designing visually engaging, well-structured training materials, playbooks, and job aids that enhance readability and knowledge retention.
- Solid project organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple enablement initiatives simultaneously while meeting timelines and business needs.
- Clear and confident communicator, able to translate complex information into simple, actionable learning content for diverse audiences.
- Comfortable using learning and enablement platforms and content creation tools; experience with LMSs and sales enablement tools (e.g. Seismic, Gong, Genially, AI solutions) is highly regarded.
- Curious, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement, using feedback and data to refine learning experiences as the business evolves.
