Summary:

This position is essential for supporting the financial health of the organisation, facilitating timely invoicing, and resolving discrepancies. The ideal candidate will contribute to the efficiency of billing operations and enhance customer satisfaction through meticulous attention to detail and effective communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue invoices to clients in a timely manner
  • Monitor and reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate records of billing transactions and client accounts
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to billing activities
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding billing and payment issues
  • Support the implementation of billing software and process improvements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in billing or accounts receivable, preferably in the SAAS sector
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and billing software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
