Description

At Skylight, we’re all about breaking barriers and building capacity. We’re a passionate team dedicated to supporting participants on their recovery journeys and looking for a Senior Plan Management Officer to join the team.

The role is part time 0.6FTE to 0.8FTE and SCHADS Level 4.

Skylight offers a range of recovery-oriented community mental health services for people experiencing mental illness, family and friends who care for them, and the broader general South Australian community.

About the Role

Under the direction of the Finance Manager, the Senior Plan Management Officer provides leadership and system oversight, acting as an escalation point and working collaboratively across finance, service delivery and IT to optimise systems, processes and participant outcomes.

Requirements for Success

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Bookkeeping or Accounting highly desirable or equivalent work experience
  • Highly developed self-management, communication, organisational, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Extensive experience in NDIS Plan Management, including complex funding structures, compliance requirements and participant support
  • Demonstrated ability to  experience in ability to manage and resolve complex, sensitive or high risk enquiries
  • Understanding of system workflows, integrations and data flows across finance and CRMs desirable
  • Demonstrated experience working with NDIS PACE portal and related systems
  • Current DHS Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Check
