Role Realities

Consistent shifts available across multiple participants

We prioritise long-term matches over short-term filling

You’ll be working with participants who require reliable, ongoing support.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting people in their homes and community with:

• Daily living and personal care • Community access and social participation • Cleaning, meal prep and household tasks • Skill building and independence development • Psychosocial and mental health supports • Providing a calm, consistent and reliable support presence

The work focuses on consistency and building genuine connections
