Production Readiness & Integration Lead

We are looking for someone collaborative and organised to transition project and engineering outputs into repeatable, production-ready actions. This newly created role will drive production readiness by connecting cross-functional teams and managing risks and dependencies to provide the visibility needed to deliver quality outcomes. This permanent, full-time role will be based at our Wingfield office, with travel required to our Gepps Cross office where necessary. 

What you will do: 

In this role, you will bring together multiple stakeholders to align production activities and maintain consistent delivery. The success of this role will come down to the smooth and successful transition of key Defence projects to production. This will look like: 

• Maintaining visibility and control of production readiness activities 
• Identification and escalation of potential risks, mitigations, constraints and dependencies 
• Enabling cross-functional execution. 
• Coordination of New Product Introduction initiatives, work orders, supplier deliverables, purchase orders, and manufacturing partner activities 
• Preparation of production reporting, including monthly cost-per-unit for all product variants 
• Drive initiatives that improve production readiness and workflow effectiveness 

About you: 

You’re organised, dependable, and great at creating action. You ask questions, seek understanding, and don’t settle for “that’s how it’s always been done.” You may have a background in administration and are looking for a move into operations, or you may be in logistics and are ready for a change. Whatever your motivation, you can navigate uncertainty, bring structure to complex problems, build strong working relationships, and drive outcomes in a dynamic environment.  

Ideally, you will have an existing AGSVA Baseline clearance or above, or at least the ability to obtain one.
